RO-ALERT messages in Tulcea. Russian UAVs detected in the Black Sea

A large number of unmanned aerial vehicles were detected over the Black Sea, near Romanian airspace, heading towards Ukrainian airspace.

Residents of Tulcha district received RO-ALERT messages. According to MApN, “The National Military Command Center (nucleus) informed the General Inspectorate for Emergencies at 23:34 regarding the establishment of air alert in the northern area of ​​Tulcea county.”

Two F-16 aircraft belonging to the Romanian Air Force and in the Air Police combat service took off from the 86th Borcea Air Base. According to MApN, the air alert ended around 00.45 and the F-16 planes returned to the airport.

“No aircraft involved in the attack against Ukrainian targets were detected to have entered the national airspace. According to the established procedures for these situations, MApN forces, starting from the morning of Monday, November 4, detected possible attack situations in areas of national territory located near the targets illegally attacked by Russian forces.” MApN announced that some vehicles crashed into aircraft or their remains.
