It was determined that the scandal took place between two 15-year-old children from Pitesti.
An airsoft gun without a magazine was detected on one of the two children.
While the two children were taken to the police station, their parents were asked to be present.
Legal action was taken against the two children in the presence of the parents, without either of them making a complaint.
It turned out that the gun found on one of the children belonged to the category of non-lethal weapons and was not subject to a permit. According to Law No. 295/2004 on the arms and ammunition regime, the 15-year-old boy was fined 1,000.05 lei and the weapon was confiscated.
Controls continue to identify all incidents and take necessary legal measures.
