Renowned DNS domain provider D3 Global has announced the beta launch of D3 Marketplace, a platform where users can trade Shiba Inu Name Tokens (SHIB). According to D3, users can now access a beta version of the marketplace where they can buy, sell or make offers on supported name tokens, including Shiba Inu-based tokens.
D3 currently only supports two top-level domain name (TLD) extensions, .shib and .core. The marketplace features a search box that allows users to check if a particular name is available. If available, the user will have to pay for the TLD name, with an annual subscription costing around $10 at the time of writing. Supported payment methods for D3 are cryptocurrency and credit card. Users paying with cryptocurrency will have to connect their wallets and start making payments.
The Shiba Inu ecosystem tokens, SHIB and BONE, are among the crypto assets that D3 supports as payment options. Users can directly make payments using SHIB and BONE on D3 using their Shibarium balances. This eliminates the need to connect SHIB and BONE to the Ethereum network before payment.
